Great office, caring staff and attorney's

It was a difficult time for my family and the entire team did a wonderful job. Our main contact was Jackie who was extremely responsive to our emails and calls. It was a real estate transaction and the closing went smoothly. My only suggestion would be to include a due date when asking a client for information or paperwork. I think that would have helped my dad plan better. We appreciate your attention and kindness!

I use Jamie for the closing on my house, did a great job.

Once and only once, did I feel they represented our best interest in the sale of the house. That was when the buyers of our home put the utilities in their name prematurely. This was the only reason they received two stars..... Every other instant, we felt like they were working for the buyer (we're the sellers if you haven't figured it out). We had made it clear multiple times, the only thing we wanted from the sale of the house was the latest closing date possible. They failed and constantly came back to us when the buyer requested to move up the date. We felt pressured to agree to an earlier closing date, simply to make the attorneys and buyers go away. The final paperwork was also inaccurate and the attorneys refused to update it upon request. Our closing statement did not reflect everything as accurately as it should have.... I do not recommend them for closing on a property.
